Flooring Installation Crew Member

We are a relatively small locally owned and operated company growing at an exponential rate. We pride ourselves on performing work of the highest quality and providing an open and honest relationship with our customers. This company will do whatever it takes to do right by every person involved from vendors, to employees, to customers. In this pursuit, we must find other like minded individuals with similar goals of taking care of each and every person they interact with. Similarly, these individuals are eager to be a part of a growing team. We need all levels including experienced leaders, installers and entry-level helpers that want to grow with us and are willing to help push the company to the next level.
Required Qualifications For All Levels:
Must be able to lift and move up to 50lbs regularly
Ability to follow safe work procedures
Valid Driver's License
Excellent communication skills
Motivated to learn
Ability to perform physically demanding work for 8 hours a day, including prolonged standing and walking, bending, and twisting

All positions are W2. Our team is entirely "In-house." We believe that all team members that work with us on our mission should also reap the benefits of being on our team.
Our install crew members have three levels. The pay rates for each level do NOT indicate a top out pay. They represent a base line that each team member can expect when they meet the qualifications for each level. These qualifications are based on each member's abilities and can be realized at any time.
Level 1- $18/hr
Entry-level
Actively learning
Assisting in any labor tasks to help effectively complete installs
Can do attitude
Level 2- $22/hr
Able to complete installs alone
Able to interact with customers in a knowledgeable and respectful manner
Not leading other members yet
Level 3- $30/hr
Able to lead/ train other members
Able to perform all Level 2 tasks
Able to assist in project planning and preparation
Able to keep track of designated projects profitability
